DEAR COLLEAGUES,
We welcome You to participate in the International Science and Technical Conference of students, postgraduate students, and young scientists «Computer Science, Information Technologies and Management Systems Young Scientist Conference» (CSYSC-2023). The conference will be held on 19th–20th December at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, dept. of Computer Science and Information Systems (Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine).
Students, postgraduate students, young scientists, engineers, experts, businessmen, and specialists not older than 35 years (at least one of the authors should meet this criterion) are welcome to participate in the conference.
The aim of the conference: scientific and experience exchange in the sphere of applied computer science, information technologies, and management systems.
Co-organizers: “Ivano-Frankivsk IT-cluster” NGO software development companies.

Distant participants may give their presentations via Skype. If you are interested in Online-session please inform the organizing committee.
It’s recommended to prepare presentations in MS PowerPoint or PDF file formats.
Abstract formatting guidelines
Abstracts should be submitted in electronic form and should occupy 2, 3, or 4 full pages in Ukrainian, Polish, or English languages. MS Office template should be used to format the abstract and style the text:

Working Instruction for Springer Template
For non-English materials to be placed in international scientometric databases their authors should provide the following also in English: «Paper Title», «Authors Name/s», «Affiliation», «dept. name of organization», «City», «Country», «e-mail», «address».
It is also necessary to provide the extended «Abstract» and «Keywords» in English.
«References» should additionally be provided as «References». References should be listed in their original languages in accordance with IEEE standards.
Self-plagiarism is restricted.
Supervisor’s review should be also provided.
Submissions are subject to review.
Application for participation
Formatted paper in electronic form both in *.docx and *.pdf should be submitted via The Conference Management Toolkit until November 21 th 2023.
Accepted and reviewed papers will be published in pdf format in electronic conference materials (with ISBN). The conference materials will be available at the conference website https://csysc.pnu.edu.ua/, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University library website, Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine website.
